Day 1 of 90

Hey y’all! So as a said before I am going to keep a journal of my twelve week training plan on here as well as a semi-daily blog!

Today I started my training, just ate breakfast thus far, but I’ll be going to the gym later this afternoon. Last night I prepped my midday snacks and today I’ll be prepping my lunches and dinners for the next few days! It’s working out really well so far and I don’t feel nearly as overwhelmed as I did a couple days ago as I got closer to my start date. I’m motivated and I can’t wait to hit the gym! Long time, eh?

Hey y’all! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! I have been really busy with school and all that lately! Here is a little update on my life and what I’m going to be using this for now!

So the last time I posted I was trying to do vlogs and blogs almost daily and I was living in a dorm. Well I moved out of there and moved into an apartment, the first reason why my posts and videos ceased for a while. This was right around finals week so on top of getting my stuff organized I also had a lot of exams to study for. Thankfully my three all nighters paid off and I ended the semester with a 3.8 gpa. I was really excited about that. Then I went home for break, which was a little too relaxing, and basically sat at Starbucks the whole time or stumbled around on the Internet. When I came back to Alabama I had the mind set that this spring semester would be a thousand times better than last fall semester; and it was for about a month. We won the national championship game and made BCS history with the very first shut out game. Things were looking up for a while, but as I’m sure a lot of you know, when something’s are too good to be true, they normally are. Fortunately I got to go home for a weekend in February and at this point I decided to discuss the topic of transferring schools with my parents, who were not keen on the idea but they said they would support me no matter what decision I made. Regardless of my want to transfer I promised to try to make the best of the semester and see if things looked up. I got involved with a movie about the tornado, I got involved with my internship, I’ve been helping out with different awareness programs on campus, and I’ve been working hard in school. So as you can tell I’ve been quite busy. I got a nice little break last week in myrtle beach, the video is up on YouTube! Now I’m about to start a 12 week program to try and get the body I’ve always wanted. I’m super excited to actually feel healthy again, oh and I’ve quit smoking ;) which was only difficult when I wanted it to be. So all in all even though something’s were getting a little hectic I’m still staying positive! So I’m going to start posting vlogs every Sunday and I’m going to try to update y’all in some fashion everyday, as I can. It might be a diary type thing like this, maybe a short story I have in my head, or an analysis of something in school or that happened to me that day. Who knows! I will also post weekly pictures and diet plans or my 12 week training program as a way for me to look back on my progress as I near the end of my training and step into the real gym world! 3. Teach myself how to play an instrument (I’m thinking guitar, I’ve always wanted to learn)
